Not much going on here.

Been a while...thought I would post. Not much to say. J is at a girlfriends birthday party right now. Gone until 5:00. I just worked some more on our taxes. James gallbladder came out just fine this past Tuesday.  He is feeling better everyday!  Hasn't taken a pain pill in days, though he was much more laid back and easy going when he was on those things! He has a follow up appt on Wed. Jenna has 1 tooth finally appearing on the top and another little one on the bottom that we are not sure if it is a tooth or a piece of bread in her mouth!!! We may go to a matinee tommorrow and lunch (just the 2 of us) and I am not really sure what to see.  I wish there was something showing that I was dying to see. Long 6 day work week ahead of me...have to work the weekend.

Happy Birthday Kiki!

Along with having Jenna's 9 month pictures taken I thought it would be a great opportunity to have James' 3 girls picture taken to give to Daddy for a Valentines Day gift!  I am very happy with the results. Make sure you dont tell him.  He doesnt read my blog, so no worries there!!! I am really happy with the way everyone looks!  (I was most concerned about me though!!! - If I didnt look decent we weren't buying any!!!)

San Diego

Well I am here.  I got to San Diego around 6:00pm (8:00 in WI) without any problems, unless you count the having to use the airplane restroom twice!  I knew better then to have a coffee before getting on that plane...plus my nerves of flying by myself didnt help either! I am sick of sitting around so I actually am gonna head over to the fitness center here at the hotel and move my body a bit!  I get to sleep til 6 tommorrow!  Believe it or not that is sleeping in! I actually sat by a man on the plane(a hospital administrator) that said to me "so you are a Med Tech?"  I flipped.  No one ever knows what a Med Tech is!  I usually just nod and say "Yes" when someone asks me if I am a nurse! Anyways....

These are a few of our favorite things....

For Christmas I asked for a griddle and got 2!  I decided to keep the cheaper of the 2 models because I wasnt sure how much I would like it and stuff.  Well, we like it!  Made pancakes, french toast, fried eggs and grilled cheese and they all turned out perfectly!!  I dont plan on using it to fry bacon, because well if you havent tried it already, the best way to do that is to cook it in the oven.  Try it if you have never!  You will like it.  The other item James requested from his Mom(she already has one) is a TOMTOM.  Its his new little toy!  He takes it everywhere, weather or not he needs the GPS or not!  He likes to play a little game with it and thinks he knows a better way then it does.  His way has been better each time too!  We had the thing guide us to Pick n Save, my Mom's house, Cabela's, Walmart(it screwed that up completely!!), back to our house....and down to Gurnee,Il and back(we didnt need it for...

OK....I am way behind!

Having a computer with issues doesnt help with keeping up with the blog. But now my computer is up and working so here I go to fill you in on the last week or two! December 25,2009 at Guys house.  The traditional picture of the grandkids in Santa hats! We started our Christmas celebration on the morning of Christmas Eve.  We normally would open presents on Christmas morning but since I was the lucky one to have to work Christmas this year, that was not going to work!  Jadyn doesnt exactly understand or know how a calendar works so it worked out just fine!  The Eve of the Eve we put out cookies and chocolate mik out for Santa(everyone puts out white milk!!!) and a carrot outside for the reindeer to share.  While out there I swear I saw Santa's sleigh and a blinking red light is the sky!  Jadyn flipped out and ran inside to tell Daddy!  She told him that she didnt see it but Mommy did!  I gotta get to bed!! In the morning when she woke she was s...
